Personally, I like the gray color. The report button is there just for if you need it; I would find it being there in red text much too jarring.

i think it should be red cause it stands out better cause there was a time i almost reported a topic instead of editing it so i think this would help scratchers see the button big_smile

Keeping it gray (or #888888 as mathematics insists tongue ) is better in my opinion, as red (as Harakou says) stands out waaay too much and would disturb my post-reading wink

Perhaps blue like the others. That way, it is still noticeable, and doesn't interfere too much.

It makes it kind of stand out because it's different from the rest!

Besides, if we can see it, it means it's noticeable enough. When someone truly thinks a post should be reported, they will look for the report link.

I still don't agree. The Scratch Team has advertised the report feature enough, in my opinion!

Where? The only threads I have seen about the report button is this, that I made because I didn't see anything else.

The Report button's a bit hidden the way it is - and making it blue would sort of make it blend in with the other buttons. Maybe they could make it a bit bluer, I guess? hmm

I say it should be changed to a shade of blue a bit lighter than the other buttons... red is a bit too dramatic tongue And gray makes it look all serious; I remember discussions about how some people didn't want to click it.
