It's my first year of middleschool, and it's really not going so well. My EVIL P.E. coach made all the boys do one push up, but before we could come back up, he made us hold our position exactly where we were for one minute and every time someone fell down, he added one more minute. We did this for the 15 minutes until the bell rang, and the whole time, the girl coach was mocking us, saying, "Everybody! Come to the greatest show on earth! Watch the boys do pushups!" And stuff like that. And do you know what we did to recieve this punishment? We talked in the halls.
A little less evil is my english teacher, who acts like she would rather be in prison than teach kids.
Another thing: when I finally built up the courage to ask the girl I had liked since fifth grade on a date, she moved the same day I was going to ask her out.
All of this, combined with loads of homework, is just a disaster. Anyone with middleschool expeirience, please help. I need survival tips.

i started middle school this year too
it's been pretty easy for the most part. gym's been pretty easy too. all we've done is basketball which i'm pretty good at, square dancing which wasn't that hard to learn, and line dancing which we're doing now and is very boring
but i've been told that we do the exact same things in gym every year so it's going to be really boring next year
i haven't got into much trouble this year. well except with my math teacher but that doesn't count
homework isn't really a problem with me. well kind of it is, because i only do it if i want to and most of the times i don't
but it isn't really a problem
er... i'm not sure how to help you though, seeing that i'm only in sixth grade too

I have done a lot of the same things in gym, my favorite being basketball. Its fun a lot of the time as long as the coach isn't trying to kill us. LOL
