Opacity

I'm not sure if this has already been suggested or I just can't find it in the painting editor, but anyways, I think that scratch should support opacity in each individual sprite. I know you can use the ghost to make a sprite have opacity, but that requires a lot of work if I want part of the sprite semi-see through, and the other one not.

So yeah, opacity would be a good idea to add to scratch.

Re: Opacity

It actually hasn't been suggested too many times, but I do know that quite a few people want a feature like this. You've probably noticed if you have a sprite with a ghost effect and stamp it, the opacity doesn't stay behind. And creating two sprites just to have a sprite with certain sections that have opacity is a pain. I definitely support.

Re: Opacity

Hmm... this might be just my imagination but I think I saw a line of code somewhere in the paint editor that made sure the images did not have an alpha factor. Maybe having semi-transparent images caused serious glitches and the Scratch Team decided to remove it...  hmm
