I'm fairly certain new users now have the ability to post links
I've tried a few times with sites like google and yahoo etc:, but I always get the same error message. Looks like it's only links to Scratch for now?

4) Post every minute - Scratchers can post another post every 60 seconds, for a New Scratcher the wait is 600 seconds (or 10 minutes).
That's no longer true...

It's not stickied because a different system is used - you can read about it here.

He meant http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/ITopic.
But the Scratch Wiki's having a problem at the moment - so I'll just tell you here since you can't view the article yet:
ITopics are like stickies, but are instead listed in an ITopic index. The index is stickied so everyone can find the ITopics, but the ITopics themselves are not. That way there can still be many 'stickies' but without a lot of clutter.

no. its just scratch.mit.edu
look above this at the web address! it should say http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?id=38152&p=4
not www.scratch.mit.edu

Both www. and Scratch.mit.edu work, but the URL shortens and removes the www. The only reason I added it to the end was because it's an example, as most other URL's such as google include www. at the start.
However, I'll change it to Http:// instead.

www.scratch.mit.edu exists, but it automatically redirects you back to scratch.mit.edu.

Come, now, I don't think the grammar should be the focus of this article. It's a great article loaded with useful information.

You're right, but I was just pointing it out. And making one of my favorite grammar jokes.

Bumping; I've seen a lot of topics asking for help on the New Scratcher stuff, so I thought it'd be a good idea to bump this.

How long do I have to wait to become a Scratcher? Thanks!
