It's a nice-looking site!  I notice that you've mostly copied the structure of the Scratch forums - it looks like a forum remix 

Whenever you're trying to advertise something new, you will find that it's not always enough just to make something and say "here it is!".  You have to give people a reason to want to try it.  You need to offer something that the old product does not.

I see that you have put in ranks - that's something different and might be attractive to some users.  Maybe you should try to think of other improvements that people might find attractive - new topic areas maybe?  Or ask for suggestions as to what people would like to see in a new forum.

Good luck with your forum - and please keep the topic bumping on this forum down to a couple per day.  On your own forum, of course, you can set your own bump limits.
