Finally, After All These Years!

Where I live the weather is very hot, so we only get snow once a year, if we get lucky, and it's never enough to close down the schools.

But my Dad woke me up and said...

"It snowed a lot last night. You've finally got your full snow day!"

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All these topics are popping up about the big snowstorm closing schools, and the snowstorm didn't come my way.  sad

It fell so hard in Texas that you got a snowday? I thought that was only if there was enough to block some traffic. Here in Canada we never get snowdays even if there's a foot of snow everywhere.

Do you live in Texas? I do! The same thing happened to us but we knew it was gonna snow before it did. So now there's no school!

I've had 6 snow days. The time added on to the end doesn't matter after a point, because my family is going on vacation June 22nd.

i have had exactly 0 snow days. Nada. None. Egg. A big fat 0. I've never even seen snow in real life.
