Scrolling
I DON"T KNOW HOW TO MAKE A SCROLLING GAME!!!! Can someone please help? I want to make a game that scrolls!

Try looking at Scratch WIki's article. It shows you scripting of performing scrollers as well as explaining how to do it. Here: http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Scrolling
The link above will take you to your destination and help you with scrolling. Also, try looking at some other articles on Wiki such as Scroller Platformer Tutorial, highly beneficial. Other good resources are archmage's Scratch tutorial based on scrollx. If you want a simple easy scroller example, try looking at Scratch examples in your downloaded Scratch files.

Every time I make a scrolling game, the computer moves around my terrain!!!. I keep moving it back, but the computer just moves it back. It is annoying!. How am I supposed to make a scrolling game, if the computer moves my terrain around? HELP NEEDED.

Well, try using motion blocks, so terrains won't move if using <go to x:_ y:_> when started.
