Link to Clutter Projects
This idea is kind of straightforward. 
On the Clutter site, you can find the link to the Scratch projects found in the Clutter project. It would be cool to see links to the Clutter projects a Scratch project belongs to. 
Everything is better when you add a little cheddar, because when you have cheese your life is at ease

Also, in comments and notes on scratch, it would be nice to have(link to clutter) instead of a long url...

Not exactly collaboration, but a good way of making a program smaller. I took a look at it and it seems to be rather quiet. (And rather a strange colour scheme) but it has great potential.
Someone could make a game with one or two levels, then someone could remix it changing the levels so its like a continuation.
