This idea is kind of straightforward. On the Clutter site, you can find the link to the Scratch projects found in the Clutter project. It would be cool to see links to the Clutter projects a Scratch project belongs to.

Not exactly collaboration, but a good way of making a program smaller. I took a look at it and it seems to be rather quiet. (And rather a strange colour scheme) but it has great potential.
Someone could make a game with one or two levels, then someone could remix it changing the levels so its like a continuation.
