Lol I thought you were kidding but this really doesn't have any variables, just broadcasts.

Really you should get in to the habit of using them properly, your code is about 5 times longer than it should be with variables.

Ya every time i did that the guy would just fall tot the bottom of the screen and you wouldn't be able to move him so i tried to fix the variables but it just cause so more problems any advice?

There is a reason for everything in Scratch, you need to find examples of good working code that you can learn from. Its just a practise thing, just practise programming using well made projects as resources to take scripts from.
