Scratch

You will need:

- Plastic Trash bag(s)

- a Straight and stable stick (like a broken in half pinata stick which I use, on November, My mom forced my to hit the Eid Pinata (look up Eid on Google) and I just wanted to get it over with, so I hit the pinata 3 times and on the 3rd wack the stick broke in half, my dad told me to throw it away and I put it on the counter so I could take it out to the trash in the moning, because it was night, I then took them and snuck them in my room and that is how I practice my hand-eye coordination, I Try to keep various things in the air, such as small rectangular box parts)

-and a box (or boxes)

Now here's what you can do with these things, just follow the Directions below. 

1.  Tear up the cardboard box (or boxes and make sure you tear off the flaps and rectangular parts ONLY) and put it (or put them) in the plastic trash bag (or bags)

2. Tie the bag(s) up really good, and practice your jump front kicks on them (if you know how to do it correctly)

3. Keep practicing your Jump front kicks on the bag(s) (and one bag at a time dummy, the other bags are spares, of coures you, being smart enough, already know that  )  and try to get the bag airborne, if it is high enough, you will be able to use follow up attacks on the bag, and be creative, im already on my 7th bag, and I do it when I'm not playing Kinect, and this is my 2nd or 3rd day doing this 

This keeps me entertains when I'm bored, and it helps practice karate moves
