If you read the title, welcome! I made a minigame for Wii Party.
Setup:
1. Select a level. Start with level 1 and move on when you beat it.
2. If you are playing level 1, draw out this grid on a sheet of paper:
3. On the main game selection page of Wii Party, press 'Minigames' and then 'Free Play' and then '4 Player'. Set the CPU difficult to Advanced (I know, Advanced is quite easy, but this is level 1 dudes) and proceed.
4. Get a random number selector up on your computer and get it to select 1 random number from 1 to 41. I would recommend http://www.random.org/integers/. Scroll through the minigames and play that number game. Here is the method for finding games:
Say you draw number 22. Each pahe has twelve games apart from the last page. Go in this format:
1 2 3 4
5 6 7 8
9 10 11 12
So go to the second page to skip the first twelve games. This would mean for 22 you would press number 10. If I recall correctly that's 'Stop Watchers'. So that's how you do it.
Then play the minigame and consider it 'Round 1'. YOU MUST PLAY THE MINIGAME YOU DRAW. If you place in the top 2, you win. If you place in the bottom 2, you lose. NOTE: YOU CANNOT RESTART, EVEN IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY PRESSA BUTTON AND IT CAUSES YOU TO EPICALLY FAIL.
You will need a 6-sided die for this part. If you don't have one look online for one or use the random number generator I showed you but with 1-6 instead.
Roll twice. Start with a roll for the left grid. If you roll 1 or 2, you select the bottom row. 3 or 4 is the middle row. 5 or 6 is the top row. If a row is completely full rule it out of the draw. If it comes out roll again.
If you won, place a 2 on each grid in the row designated by the die and move on. Each square can only hold 2 numbers. To determine the weight, multiply it by the multiplier. Think carefully! If you lost the round, do the same, but with a 3 on one side and a 1 on the other. You can decide which grid takes the 3 and which takes the 1.
Play on then to the next round as with another minigame and then 2, 2 or 3, 1 on the grids again. If you can pass 15 rounds (minigames), you win the level.
But there is one thing: If, after the placing of any round, one of the grids has a total weight of at least 3 more than the other, you'll lose the level and have to start over with a new refreshed grid from round 1.
