Downloading 1.3

I downloaded Scratch 1.3 and it practically killed itself. Apparently, it was unable to download a certain file. Now, I'm worried that Scratch won't run properly. Could someone please help me?

what do you mean with "killed itself"? Did the download fail? If so, just try downloading it again. If you get an error please post the error. Thanks!
