No idea about cheeseburger-flavored ice cream, but I've seen recipes for cheese-flavored ice cream. http://www.thenibble.com/reviews/main/desserts/cheese-ice-creams.asp

I guess you would have to add in some kind of meat flavoring to give it a cheeseburger taste.

I think that would be closer to a cheeseburger flavored milk-shake, once the blender was done with it. It still doesn't sound very appealing though. Maybe if you used the right flavor ice cream...maybe pickle?
