Scratch Chefs MCP- Share Recipes and Learn about Cooking!

I am working on a project called the 'Scratch Chefs'. It is as Mass Collaborative Project (MCP). Those are large projects that have many individuals work in it.

So submit your CUSTOM MADE recipes for this!

There are rules:
-Follow the form! It won't be added if you don't fill in the info.
-Make it FOOD. If it isn't edible, or a 'recipe', then I won't add it EVER.
-Don't steal recipes! These are YOUR made up recipes, not recipes you like from a cook book.

For you recipe, we need this info:

Meal Type:
Breakfast, Appetizer, Snack, Side Dish, Main Course, Dessert, Soup, Sandwich, Pasta, Sauce/Spread/Dip, or Drink.

Difficulty:
Beginner, Easy, Medium, Hard, or Expert (I WILL CHANGE IF IT IS INCORRECT)

Author:
Your username.

Ingredients:
All the ingredients. Be specific with measurements, numbers, type and sizes.

Steps:
How to prepare the meal. MAKE SURE TO BE SPECIFIC AND CORRECT. DO NOT LEAVE OUT STEPS, YOU DON'T WANT PEOPLE BURNING THEIR HOUSES DOWN.

Here is the project: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/wiimaster/1572835
You can still post a recipe even when it is uploaded, and your recipe will be added WITHIN A WEEK.

Thanks I am going to fix some grammar errors, and maybe extend it, but other than that it will stay the same. Also, it needs a name.

Expect it within a few days.

Potato Wedges. (Made up the recipe while looking for something to go with my chicken.)
Meal Type:
Side-dish
Difficulty:
Medium.
Ingredients: 1 potato for each person, salt, and oil.
Put the potatoes in a frying pan. Put in just enough oil to coat the bottom evenly. Cook potatoes with lid on for ten minutes approximately that remove lid, salt to taste, and allow to cook for about five more minutes with lid off. They taste GREAT.

Re: Scratch Chefs MCP- Share Recipes and Learn about Cooking!

Okay!

Name:
Easy Shepherd's Pie

Meal Type:
Main Course

Difficulty:
Medium (IF you choose to make homemade mashed potatoes, otherwise easy)

Author:
Throughthefire

Ingredients:
One package of ground turkey (Any kind)
Three Medium Potatoes (If making homemade mashed potatoes)
Half a can of Cream of Chicken soup
One small onion

Steps:
(note: This is easier if you have multiple people in the kitchen)
1: Get started on the Mashed Potatoes. Peel them and cut them into relatively small slices. Put them in a pot of boiling water. (For you younger kids, parent supervision required!)
2: As the potatoes are going, start with the onion. Dice it, put it into a frying pan, and start to sautee (I think that's how it's spelled) it.
3: Once the onion starts to turn a golden color, add the turkey and start cooking it, breaking it into small pieces as you go.
4: Once the turkey is fully cooked (No pink left), put it into a square glass pan and add the cream of chicken soup. Stir it, then spread the ground turkey mixture evenly across the bottom of the pan
5: By this time the potatoes should be done, so take them out and put them into a medium to large bowl. Mash them with a potato masher or fork, then add melted butter, salt, and milk (Yes, you heard me right, add milk) to your tastes. Don't forget to mix them well!
6: Finally, spread the potatoes evenly across the turkey mixture, and put it in the oven for about ten minutes or until the top of the potatoes begin to brown. Take them out and serve with a spatula!

Back. For now. Maybe.

Re: Scratch Chefs MCP- Share Recipes and Learn about Cooking!

Here's another one!

Name:
Mountain Man Breakfast

Type:
Breakfast

Difficulty:
Easy

Ingredients (I will just put what you need, as you can adjust it to your tastes):
Pork Sausage (Any kind will do)
Frozen O' Brian potatoes (You'll probably need quite a bit)
Eggs (Again, the amount depends on how many people are eating and stuff)
Cheese (Optional)

Steps:
1: Take the O' Brian Potatoes out of the freezer and take however many you want out of there. Again, you will probably need quite a bit let them defrost.
2: Now start cooking the sausage. Break it into little pieces and brown it in a frying pan. After you're done, turn the burner off and leave it.
3: Scramble the eggs, and once you're done, leave it.
4: By now the O' Brians should be mostly defrosted. If not, oh well, just get on with it. Put everything into a glass pan (Or a dutch oven if you're camping), and sprinkle some cheese on top if you would like it.
5: Cook it in the oven at about 300 degrees, for long enough to cook the potatoes and melt the cheese.
6: Once done, serve it and enjoy!

Back. For now. Maybe.

Also sorry to Bakumaster, but that is not cooking. I can't add it. Also, it is too simple, and it is very unhealthy and disgusting.
