Really good scrollX tutorial

Hey everyone!

I made a new scrollX tutorial. It's really easy to understand for absolute beginners as well.

I didn't watch the video, so I didn't understand the project. PS, this should be in Show and Tell.

Personally, I think it's fine in this section. It is about Scratch programming.
