First, you want to click here
Register a domain (don't worry there free!)
Then go here
Click Sign up. Then in the box that says I have my own domain, add your domain there.

Create an account, then wait for your website to build...
Once it is finished, go into it, you will see a messige at the top. Back at the domain register, add the name servers that were listed in that message.
Next go here
download that and extract it, go back to the webhost (000webhost) and click check FTP details, you can download Filezilla to do FTP.
Back at 000webhost, you need to create a mySQL databse. Once you have done that, wait for the files to upload, one done uploading, you can set up! (Make sure to upload everything to public_html) Also make sure to delete defualt.php (or whatever) Go to your domain and set it up! Let me know if anything goes wrong.
