Trainer's Hill Tournament

If any Trainer wants to show off their team, I'm here. My Trainer's Hill gallery is designed to create a tournament with Scratch projects based on submitted teams. if you just want to watch the Tournament, there is a storyline gallery  in which the Tournament takes place. feel free to submit a Trainer Card of a collection of your favorite Pokemon and look for updates as the year rounds to a close.

NEW!!!!! :All Trainers must post their favorite strategies for their team here. This makes it easier on myself when I make the project into an actual battle.

Scratch on, Trainers!!!

Re: Trainer's Hill Tournament

Okay, MY battle strategy is to choose my pokemon based on my opponents. Say if my opponent has Rayquaza, Dragonite, and Salamence for his three, I would choose Kyogre, since it knows Ice Beam. And in a double battle, I would send out Ho-Oh and Groudon cause Groundon knows Earthquake and Groudon stirrs up sunlight to make Ho-Oh stronger.

Take the advantage. High speed, less hits. Moderate defense. High power.

Re: Trainer's Hill Tournament

I would choose pokemon that have a type advandatge over the opponent such as If my opponent had a salamence I would send out garchomp because it knows dragon type moves.

But Salamence is also Dragon. Would you rely on speed then?
(Why am I even asking  hmm ? Speed here has been replaced by Turns.)

Re: Trainer's Hill Tournament

ok meh strategy is either one get pokemon that has advantage or just send my powerhouses garchomp or blaziken in double battles send one powerhouse and type advantage pokemon or both powerhouses if one of my pokemon faints i send powerhouse to avange pokemon i guess or if i took chance powerhouse field advanteger takes place the move sets are:                                                                                                                     Blziken(male ability blaze): double kick, blaze kick, sky uppercut, overheat .                                                                                              Empoleon(male ability torrent):hydro pump, hydro cannon, aqua jet, brine.                                                                                                             Garchomp(male ability sand veil):dig, draco meteor, dragon rush, dragonclaw.                                                                                                   Lopunny(female ability cute charm):bounce, jump kick, dizzy punch, healing wish.                                                                                                                    Glaceon(female ability snow cloak):blizzard, water pulse, ice beam, avalanch.                                                                                                     Togekiss(male ability serene grace):aura sphere, sky attack, extreme speed, fly                                                                                                               thats that um well i should say that with blaziken i mostly use double kick or overheat with pokemon weak against fire one combo i use in double battles is use garchomp and lopunny use dig and bounce to make it hard to hit me i mostly use dig and bounce in single battles anyway with empoleon i dont use hydro cannon or hydro pump unless i feel like im losing or to finish fast or maybe even use same strategy but with togekiss and lopunny or garchomp and togekiss i dont use togekiss much and glaceon one of my favs cause its still a baby so im very careful with her fighting srry its long.

Re: Trainer's Hill Tournament

I have a really good strategy that nobody has yet beaten. My team is ho-oh, lugia, groudon, Mewtwo, Palkia and rayquaza. First I have Ho-oh and lugia. They are both flying type and they both have earthquake, which slaughters most people. Their other moves are
Ho-oh: Sacred Fire, Thunderbolt, Flamethrower
Lugia: Aeroblast, Psycho Boost, Ice beam
My groudon can use solarbeam without charging. It can also use earthquake without hitting my other people.
All my other pokemon have a moveset thats really varied So they can be super effective against everyone. And to top it all off, they're all LV100, they were maxed out on Proteins etc. And I spent about a month Battling them until I found a shiny version of each one. So.... Anyone think they can beat me? {:>)

Re: Trainer's Hill Tournament

But in the story, this is how I battle. In a double battle, I first send out Groudon and Ho-Oh. Groudon can use Earthquake in this situation, and Ho-Oh's fire attacks are jacked up in the sunlight Groudon creates.

Unfortunetly I know for a fact that it is impossible to raise a Legendaries stats with an item. I've tried. So you must've cheated.
