Streching the image is what I guessed, but exactly what he did would be great to know because his image is a lot clearer that any of the non-streached ones I posted myself!

I am trying to make a 3D generator! I tried using a block that reports color transparent but it kept reporting black. 
Maybe without the transparent block...

kinda 3D? It looks like it wouldn't work but it actually is 3D with red/blue 3D glasses!

How many colours does your version take? There are two reasons I used Panther not Scratch to make my image to text converter.
1) Panther can write each character to a FILE which is a lot faster than writing each character to a list, especially with images over 100 or so pixels!
2) Panther can read the hexadecimal colour value of individual pixels, giving the converter a complete spectrum of all available colours. This means photographs and paintings can be easily converted rather than being limited to how ever many colours you decided to add to a Scratch version. You'd need 20,000 if statements to deal with every colour (hue and brightness) using Scratch!
