There is actually a forum called "Miscellaneous," if you scroll down to the bottom of the list. However, as a New Scratcher, you can't post there yet. You'll be able to in some time if you remain active on the forums, though.

Miscellaneous's description is "Use this forum if you are not certain if the topic is directly related to Scratch", but don't worry - it's basically a place to chat about anything, as long as the subject doesn't go against what is said here. Just wait until you're a Scratcher
