A wacom bamboo thing is relatively cheap
It's like 80ish dollars, and comes with adobe something or other

you get photoshop instead of that gimp trash
corel painter essentials
some editing thing i never use
the tablet, the tablet pen, and an extra mouse
plus discounts on shutterfly and cafepress to start a shop(which I doubt most people use)
