It works outside of scratch but inside scratch it acts like left click.

hit F2 and then mouse mapping, then select 3 button mouse, I doubt that will work, but it might, I found out about F2 a few months back

weird, I played around with that and hitting that fixed it, oh well
I found that thing out this morning if you right click the name at the top.
