The only thing my trap CAN'T kill are those dang chickens... And then I have to break my trap to get them out.

And way to make a no-chicken-but-yes-any-other-mob door?

Well, only chicken and pigs can fit through a 1x1 area.

Diary of a Minecrafter
Day 1
I spawned on a sandy beach, who knows where. I looked out to find a tall tree with some staircases leading up to it. I decided to examine it, and it turned out there was a hole in the middle surrounded by wood. I climbed down and kept digging. Right below it was something I had never seen before. It was a cave with massive structures, most likely formed by lava, with a group of spawners in their respective building. There was no 'Human' building, so I built it and carried my spawner in. I blocked the door, and saw a sign. A sign? It said:
Zommine below.
Please watch your step.
There are plenty of ores here.
I climbed in and looked around. Another lava built building with diamond carefully protected by obsidian. I remembered diamonds stopped Creepers from detonating. Maybe I could harness ores to control these 'Mobs' as I had come to call them.
I walked into my 'Humans' building, boarded it up, and fell asleep.

so like today a built this really big castle (like 9 floors), an underground cave system that connects all 5 of my forts (oh the castle makes 6 forts and its connected to the system as well) plus i made this greenhouse that grows wheat and stuff. not to mention a pig farm. i have like 5 big chests of pork yum. last thing i did today was expand fort genesis into this huge treehouse thing it looks really cool

CHUCK NORRIS CAN PLACE SPHERES IN MINECRAFT.

What i'm making is four monuments to the alchemical/mythological elements wind, water, fire and earth. and, using cartograph, i find the center with a cross on the map, and build a gigantic tower.so far, i've only completed the tower. i'm planning to make/making a hell-like castle from bloodstone and lava, a palace halfway in the water, an enormous underground cavern, and unsure about the momument to wind.

Here's the tower/lighthouse, made entirely from clean stond, cobblestone steps, glass and lightstone, connected to my house complex.

It turns out Gbear set it off and then covered it. It was a pressure plate over TNT. lol
