new rules and solutions to the common chatroom (pleez consider)
just a few things to get rid of some spam on scratch
new rules:
-if chatting includes some sort of organization (company and/or thing like text wars) chatting will be permitted because there is a purpose to the chat rather than being random
new solutions:
-get an IMing program
-1st of all it's better and easier
-messages take less than a second to be received and if a persons speakers are on they will be informed of the message by some sound
-also online chatrooms (meebo, Xnet, etc.) can be used too
IMing programs:
skype (includes voice and video chat)
Xfire (for gamers preferably, includes voice chat)
windows live messenger
(add more! I know there are tons more IM programs)
IM peoples: (add yourself here if you want to chat else where other than scratch)
dingdong: skype (gamesterlucky7) Xfire (scarytingl)

Cool. I don't have a IMing account though. I have a chat in my forum, however.
