No, like an internal or personal change for everyone.

What if the change is that the Internet dies?

First, 2012 is the wrong date (the Mayan calendar was misinterpreted), and second, the Mayans said the date marked a period of great change, not a great end.So what is the correct date?
That'll take some calculating...
I'll say at least 2000 years from now. Then after it starts, we all know it won't actually end until 1000 years after that.

I mean do you actually think a 5000 ton piece of land will just break off the land.

That's true

that chunk of land more like 5,000,000,000 tonnes, we live in THREE dimensions, not one<set{ <{ mass }> }to( (( <{ mass }><*> 1000000 ))

No, I do not believe the world will end in 2012.
I do believe, however, that there will be extreme natural disasters in 2012 (no, not really big earthquakes that shatters half of North America).

I personally think it will not happen, although for those of you who watch MAD show on Cartoon Network, there was something on there called 2012 dalmations, when millions of dalamations fell from the sky, and it caused havoc around the world, it was hilarious, especially the ending.

It might happen...A planet named planet X will crash into earth. Then the world will end. But...My mom said people said "Oh no! 2012 is going to happen! Let's spend all our money before we die'' So they spended all their money and when 2012 happened, the end of the world didn't come and they were broke. I don't think in 2012 was going to really be the end of the world. It just might be a new world appears.
