What is your opinion on the 360 and 60 second rules?

They can be annoying to fast posters but are necessary.

I was always mad about the 360 second rule when I was a new scratcher but I always knew why they had it. Im glad there is a 60 second rule for regular scratchers. Oh, and people say that before the 360 second rule, they had the 600 second rule

I personally love it. Scratch would have a lot more spammers im Misc. if it wasn't for the 360 second rule (and New Scratcher status). And, the 60 second rule is entirely nesecary.

I agree, but 6 minutes is a little exagerrated.

Not if you saw what happened when all the spammers and trolls attacked over the summer..... (I really wanna forget it).

You guys are forgetting the 1000 second rule
Anyway, I think the 360 should be lowered to 300, and the 60 is good as is.
I don't even see the reason for the 360 second rule on the TBG though. New TBGers can do everything TBGers can do, but they have to wait an extra 5 minutes. It's stupid. And also, to be upgraded on the TBG, you need to be active on the main site and forums, which also makes no sense. The people there just want to play games. Take Jimmy Jermaine, for example. That guy's been a new TBGer for like 5-6 months, and has a bunch of posts, yet he can't post projects, so they won't raise his user limits. It's an outrage. Uh whoops kind of went off topic. The 60 second rule is there to tell you if you're just posting to get your count up. Believe it or not, I rarely ever get it (maybe like once a week)
