Hi, I'm fairly new to Scratch programming, but I'm sure this community will have plenty of stuff to offer to a noob like me.

Welcome to Scratch, HeidiLampard and Cheetour! Feel free to ask for help in the "All About Scratch" forum if you need any, and I hope you enjoy the fun that is Scratch!

Hey! They first showed me this game in school and I really liked it, I downloaded it at home and started to make some games! I've got some pretty good games now (for a beginner). But I'm full of problems as well. Sometimes the scripts just don't seem to work, or they work once then they don't, then they do. It's confusing. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it. E. g. in my keepy uppy game the score sometimes doesn't reset when the ball touches the ground. Why does that happen?
Thanks Purika

I'd like to create a fun game for my site that will entertain and amuse my visitors. Any suggestions anyone has would be great. I'm thinking some sort of catching game. I'm also keen to help anyone in terms of coming up with new game designs.
I'm pretty sure you can't post your projects outside of scratch, but feel free to tell me if you know how. One Scratch starts running in flash, you could probably do that. Anyway, welcome to Scratch!

It's the moderators and administrators who sticky topics if they're useful. You can't sticky things yourself.

Eh . . . one could argue that I'm not actually new. I mean, I'm technically webgal15, but I'm trying to get this account as in-character as possible. *coughbecauseiamanrpcharactercough* (Scratch Team, mods, pretty much anybody of authority, how far is too far on this?) So yeah . . . hi, sorta
