ish up. With temporary vanilla.
Custom plugin is under development, when finished will have:
-sniper bows! (straight line arrows)
-special weapon powers!
-pet mobs! (yes, you can have a pet slime... or a ghast... or a creeper)
-teams (with land protection!)
-kill counts
-money
-treasuries
-weapon experience points
Also, new weapons!
-the axe is stronger than the sword, shorter range.
-the sword is medium range/strengh.
-the spear (hoe) is long range, and weak.
-bones will probably have some kinda effect
-same with books, bricks etc.
We would've been so much closer but hey0 left minecraft.

My house, pumpkin storage etc.
I know it sucks but it's my first ever under water house. 
Lookout tower. BTW 3 seconds after taking that snapshot I got surrounded by 3 skellys 2 creepers and a zombie!
