I would enforce the part where people aren't supposed to leave mean comments on other's projects. Sadly, Glitchfinder quit just today because of that.

No spam and no mean comments are the most important rules to enforce

Beh, I'm a mod.
But if we're talking in terms of the main site: the rule I'd probably enforce most is that replying disrespectful comments not being okay. You'd be surprised how much drama is cause not really by those who act disrespectfully, but rather by those who react to them by replying back angrily or by posting projects about it.

I'd enforce anti-off topicness and making/replying to disrespectful comments.

Here are the new rules
•Do not post comments or forum posts if they do not contain swears
•Always post disrespectful comments or posts
•Always reply to disrespectful comments or posts
•Be mean
and finally, the most important: • Have fu- I mean buns!
Wait, that's not right.

Kill 14 year limit.

If I were an admin, I would lighten up the rules a bit. Rules affecting mods too.

YES and NO.
I support a year limit, but it shouldn't be 14. It should really be 12 or 13.
Cheddargirl said that the COPPA limits websites that take information from the child to only be legally used by children 14+, but that limit is actually 13.

That helps. Maybe, just maybe...

Interesting as this seems to be a prevailing sentiment among Scratch members. Which rules would you lighten up in particular?

If I were an admin, I would make a rule saying you can't post dramatic quit projects, and you have to just quit, without the drama. I would also ban certain users... I'm not naming any names.

Yeah, I heard about that and saw the project. Even though I didn't really know him that much, it was sad to see him leave.

Yeah, I've seen stuff like that. Not fun.

If I was an admin, I would drop the 14 year limit, lower the 360 second limit for New Scratchers to 300, do the same for the TBGs, create a new forum designed specifically for creepypasta and stories, and finally ban the user "nobody", because he was featured in a very scary creepypasta and has caused the deaths of a thousand suns.

Turn the 14 year old limit into the 20 year old limit muahahahahahahahaha
But the things that actually need changing I'm not going to talk about

If I was admin I would rule with an iron fist. Then I would get tired and let someone else take over but still give myself lots of benifits.
