Add Panther's and BYOB's dragging
You know how in Panther or BYOB, if there is a bar in the script area, blocks palette, or sprite list, a hand will appear and you can drag it around.
I don't think this would be too hard to implement.
Please add it for Scratch 2.0. It would make stuff faster.

I don't think it's too necessary, but I wouldn't mind if it were added.
