For those of you who have a TI-83 or 84, you should know you can write your own programs on one. I posted a topic earlier in a maze game I made, and now that's the only place the code is. Anyway I'm now making Yahtzee on it. It'll pobably be pretty hard but worth it if it works. So this topic is about programming calculators, if you do it and what you write.

I think you can too, just not in the same way/exact language. I'm sure there's been stuff add and removed and changed and what-not.

I've got Snake, Space Invaders and Noughts and Crosses on mine!
The graphics aren't particularly good, as I had to do it pixel by pixel and I didn't want it getting slow.

It's not really a language. What you do is hit Prgm and then New. Name it, and then access the coding options through almost any key, but the main one's you would use are Prgm and 2nd Math, or Test. Variables are really easy to set up, just type in your number, press the store key and type a letter.

It's actually a form of BASIC generally referred to as TI BASIC. Naturally, it's much different than anything you would see on a computer. You can also access the entire library of available commands by pressing 2nd and then the 0 key.
