I've never been a New Scratcher.
But, as said before, I have been a Member, though.
Now only using this account to post in Miscellaneous, but when Miss_Webgal becomes a Scratcher I'm ditching this account.

I was always a Scratcher when I came
If was a New Scratcher and that happened, I wouldn't really do anything

Well, I posted on the forums about 1 per two weeks, and never bothered to look at the scratcher/new scratcher thing until I actually started using the forums.

I was like. Hmm, there aren't no members anymore.
My site Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.

real old timers know that you needed i think 50 posts to become a member and have a signature
before that you were listed as a "non-member" but the scratch team took that out because it seemed too negative or something

Its more exciting when its new scratcher to scratcher. New Scratchers have the 360 second rule, which is 6 minutes.

I was thinking about this and realised that my status has never been "Scratcher" - I became a moderator before the switch of "Member" to "Scratcher". I thought it was pretty cool when the switch was made, because "Scratcher" sounds much nicer than "Member" - and I must admit, I was little jealous!

I agree! Scratcher is a better term (the following sentence might not make sense) because "Member" sort of sounds like you arent really a Scratcher, so they just slap on the "Member" title.

All there was back then was "Member", and "Moderator".
