That's odd, never happended to me. The Scratch team put up a notice several days ago saying they were having trouble with uploading, maybe wait it out a few days? I have no problem uploading, so I can't troubleshoot for you. This post explains what info to contact the Scratch team with if you've found a bug, this one explains the work that they're doing on the website, and here is the Ultimate Guide to Upload Fixes. On the scratch program. It says that new usesrs can't upload projects. Then it says it could because the file is larger than 10 KB, but I doubt it. It's the same game as before pretty much, exept I added about 7 scripts. But before, the project was only 8.3 KB. I didn't add any sound, so could 7 scripts really add 1.7 KB?

Hmmm, that's just crazy. 10kb isn't anything, many projects are 5000kb (5mb) and the max size is 10000kb (10mb). Which version of Scratch are you using?
