I followed all the steps and have checked them over and over. When a guess is made by clicking on a button it always says "Too High". I don't think the problem is in the script for Sprite 12 because even if I rearrange the "if else" part so that "Guess>Actual" comes first it's still the same. I think the problem is when the costumes are made for sprite 12. I think the program isn't recognizing the edits that were made after I copied costume 1 four times. But I could be way off track maybe I missed something. Please help, it's driving me crazy because I can't figure it out.

I think the problem is in this script:
In that script, you've typed out the variable names instead of using the round blocks in the "Variables" section. In Scratch, that will compare what you typed in rather than the variables themselves.
The solution is to replace them with the round variable blocks, like this:
It should work now!

IT WORKS!!!!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. I spent so many hours going over this. I would walk away from the computer and then think of something else that I could try so I'd be back at the computer again. I love this kind of stuff but it was driving me crazy, hard to think of anything else. I kept double checking the module but I missed that. How did you find my project so you could look at my script? I'm just a beginner scratcher. I really appreciate your help.
