Free Error Message Creators

http://faded.havocaos.com/error/default.aspx is a good free website for creating fake error messages. No spyware, adware, etc.! This is the forum to post some fake error messages you made here if you're bored.

Also, another good website is http://atom.smasher.org/error/.

Here's one I made with the first one I mentioned:
