Me:

Install Oracle VirtualBox
Download Ubuntu iso, get Mac OSX iso
Get Legacy Bootloader
Edit some XML
Create VMs
Set Up
Run simultaneously.

My friend:
Boot up ubuntu
Get Ubuntu/Win7 isos
open up compiz fusion
enable desktop cube
put Win7 on workspace 1, mac on wkspce 2, ubuntu on 3/4

Switching between operating systems with Ctrl + Alt + Left/Right. Now that's convenient!
