<Presentation mode?> block

It'd check whether scratch was in fullscreen mode. This way, whenever you wanted a player to go in fullscreen mode, you could have a little window pop up telling them to switch, and you could use an online detector to check it's downloaded since you can't open a fullscreen project online. What do you think?

A nice idea, but up to a certain extent I would say it's the user's choice where toplay the project. I find it very annoying even when people have online/offline sensors which stop you completely from playing the game!

Now that 2.0 is coming up, there shouldn't be any difference at all in online/ofline/presentationMode playing.
