Welcome To Scratch!
Hello. I am welcome_to_scratch! I would Like to ask if when ever a new scratch member signs up,
can my prodject (which hasnt been made yet) will show up? If no, delete my account

It's an interesting idea...maybe you could have new Scratch accounts show up with certain instructional projects already set up to be their favorites. It would be a great way to make it easy for a new user to learn more about scratch.
I'm pretty sure that the website does not work this way now...but I think it is a good suggestion!
