Windows 7.

In XP, if you have WinRAR you can just right click and click "add to file". I used 7 once though, and I think the process to add it to a zip is pretty similar. Seriously, you could've Googled it all along.

The save has no zip. file and I have no folder in Application Support call minecraft.
