I, alongside Roseblue122, created Duel21410 for collaboration projects. my first idea is the MHM Talk show (official second episode coming later, you can see the first one on Duel21410's account.)
the next line is to be read by Mahoashley/KaroineSukie, the only ones who know the "real" plot of MSA (not the "trailer" plots of the now-deleted scratch series).
How has the MSA series been going?

I hope you know neither of them are probably going to read that
Like Maho isn't coming back to scratch and Clione comes back every once in a while for AU
That's about it

Thank-you.
but how will MSA ever return to scratch? Maho copyrighted it, and then deleted all of her projects, including the MSA ones.

She's not here, right?
If it's that good, just do it. It's not like she's ever coming back.

but scratch's policy AND paranoia make me feel otherwise. Click Here to see plan B.

You can't really copyright a Scratch project - first off, the site already gives all projects this Creative Commons license which clearly says you may base your work on any Scratch project as long as you give credit to those who inspired you (in this case, Mahoashley and KaroineSukie if I read well). Also actually copyrighting something is a lengthy, costly process. You can't just put the copyright sign to magically don't let people use the same title or whatever.
Put short, you can actually do whatever you want based on the MSA series as long as you give credit to Maho for starting the original series. Any "copyright" put by her is probably not valid, at all. If people come flame you mention the Scratch Team actually encourages this kind of thing (thus the whole remixing system) and if they persist, ignore them

Read TechnoguyX's comment above yours. it CAN come back. Mahoashley's "copyright" is most likely a scare.

You do realize MahoAshley doesn't want you to do that.

Actually, Creative Comments does not mean there is no copyright to a project. In fact, a Creative Commons is usually used in conjunction with a copyright - normally, copyright prevents people from sharing the original work and making derivative works, but, when Creative Commons is applied, using it means that the owner still retain his/her copyright, but allows for other to use his/her work so long as it follows what is given CC license. Just clarifying here.
What Davidsonofinga could do is continue the MSA series on his own or remix the originals - he just can't upload the originals as is as that's not allowed via the Terms of Use.

I meant he could perfectly make something based on the series (the game he's starting), obviously he couldn't reupload the projects.

A while back, Davidsonofinga wanted to upload the original projects at first.
And I just wanted the clarify the copyright issue since it caused confusion here (contrary, you definitely can copyright a Scratch project - you just have to be aware that the project is also released under a CC license when uploading it to Scratch).
