Sure, why not.
What type of game do you want to make? RPG? Platformer? Point and click?
Point and click. Those are fun.

Can I join? Mine failed.
I want point and click

Sure!
I think you'll be the last member, because it's hard to operate a collab with a huge amount of people.

Good luck, fellow collaber! :P
[werdna is attempting to state his superiority by saying a traditional "good luck" to the other collabs. I must prove I am superior to him!] Oh yeah? Well...Good luck to you too! [HA HA HA I have vanquished him. My superiority is established!] :P

Alright, so you all think we should do a point and click? Those are graphic-heavy, and we'll need this done by February. Do you think we can make the deadline if we have to make a ton of images too?

Guys, if you're going to be in the collab, you really need to post more often and answer my questions -_-.

Okay.
Thanks . So, do you think we could get a point and click done in full by February? I rather doubt it considering that point and clicks are graphic heavy.

Sorry, I'm on. Bookmarked this page
Okay, so what should I do?
EDIT: then maybe a scrolling platformer, but with lots of features and powerups and boss battles

Alright, that sounds much more plausible. If we were to do this, would there be a gimmick, or no? (gimmick = changing gravity, reversing time, being to change the level minimally.
Does everyone else agree on the idea of a scrolling platformer?

How about its sort of a fighting game-you collect points to get into "Super" mode.

That looks awesome, but really hard to make. Maybe a randomly generated board game sort of RPG?

I know it looks hard, but I made this a while ago: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/RocksAndFire_Test/1475205
Something like that.

Then a scrolling platformer we shall make! Who wants to work on the level? I already have physics done.

I wanna work on the boss level(s)

Alright . Could you also work on some of the actual levels? They can be larger than 360 x 480 because the platformer will scroll both ways (with velocity ).
@hdarken could you make the player, and a possible enemy that moves side to side like the goomba? Don't program the character, but it'd be nice if you could program the goomba-enemy-thing.
@Everyone I'm gonna upload the physics engine we'll be using soon .
