No, this is not spriting. Either draw it and scan it in (Preferred) or draw it digitally.

There will be five rounds.

I need 10 entries before judging. Then we see who is eliminated. We slowly go down until there is nobody left.

There will be many of these, don't worry if you don't get in.

FIRST ROUND:
Give an Evo/Prevo to a Black and White pokemon.
Give it name, type, and method of evolving.

What do you mean? Just make a new pokemon? No, it MUST BE A PREVO OR EVO OF AN EXISTING BLACK AND WHITE POKEMON.
