Splice sprites?

I doubt that.Not to make spices (when you combine two pokemons together.

Well, I wouldn't say each one is "easiest" to use for splicing - different splicers like using different programs for whatever reason.

For example, I like the Scratch Paint Editor and MS Paint because their interface is simple to use. At the same time, I like GIMP and Photoshop because of the ability to use different layers.    Personally, though, I would go with MS Paint if I wanted to splice sprites, only because Photoshop is rather a heavy program to use (it's kind of like using a machine gun over a fly swatter to kill a fly - it can be done, but I just don't think it's practical). ^^
