Atmosphir
Hi guys if you like designing but not programming (direct opposite of me but this is still awesome XD) you might want to check out atmosphir. Go to atmosphir.com and sign up then click on design and install the unity web player (like java on scratch) then you can design levels in 3d using blocks easily, no programming nesecary! If you want to get some help on stuff check out around their site! It's awesome!
