Your projects don't get 1 or 2 views because they're bad, it's because the scratch community is very small. If the at least advertise on something the community will grow. Advertising on TV will definitely make the community boom. Plus, it will support Scratch and help it grow in popularity.

Unfortunately, advertising costs money, and Scratch is free (and will stay free), so there's no money to advertise.

Actually, if you look: only around 200,000 people are project creators. the other 400,000+ are even creating, they just sign up
