this is going to sound really stupid and expensive but......maybe sometime in the future (far future) maybe you could have a fundraiser or something and invite every scratcher to a camp (they have to pay for the things they need and stuff) to a camp where you have cabins and they get to stay with a group of their friends (friends on scratch) and every group has to make a project together? They get...a week? a few weeks? then they present their project to the scratch team. Several camps per continent and there are no winners or losers.

Just an idea for the future.......most likely to far future. :3

well i didn't know you had to drive or fly to Scratch Day! i've never been to Scratch Day ok?

Just kidding. Nice idea, a Scratch camp would be cool, but maybe more of a day camp to learn at certain college campuses would be better?

Also, if it were to happen, it wouldn't really be that far away, considering there's already a Scratch day.

you have to "literally fly or drive" to Scratch Day to. But not as far since there are multiple meeting points across the world.

But scratch camp might be a good idea, but with the several colleges that have lessons, that's sufficient for now.

I think this would actually be a good idea, It could be different then Scratch day. If I could, depending on where it is I would go.

Scratch camp sounds cool! smile But, I don't think Scratch team would be doing that soon. They are already busy with version 2.0 of Scratch. No more pressure for them right now. big_smile
