Here are the ranks
Grunt
Officer
Admin
Executive
Leader

Here is a breakdown of things between ranks.
Leader:Has all the power and is the boss of everthing.
Executive:They have a lot of power and the work are split up among them.
Admin:Has a bit of respect,and is asigned to lead small time tasks.
Officer:Is experinced and is the leader of a squad of grunts.
Grunt:They do all the dirty work and aren't well known.
