I noticed recently that in projects that there is some weird problem with the mouse line-up.
I needed to click the red stop button for it to recognize that i clicked the green flag. (Web)
I have Mac OS 10.5 (i think) and er... some version of Java, I dunno. Dunno if that matters, or something. Anyway, if someone could help, that would be cool!

I would have a stab in the dark that it's something to do at your end rather than Scratch's. It works fine on mine and unless I'm the 1% of people that it does work on, I believe it is normal for everyone else.
Is your Java up-to-date? I doubt it would solve it but can't hurt.
Have you checked any mouse settings that may be affecting this? More likely this than anything else.
Apart from that I can't really help you as I don't have a Mac.

Thanks for helping, but I don't know if I have the latest version of Java.
It used to be fine, but somehow it only works outside the project screen. (i.e the bit where you play the games)
