Scratch

Whenever I scroll down to look at comments for a project then scroll back down the project view gets messed up. It looks like it sorta stamps....this is really hard to explain w/o showing you guys whats happening but the top of the screen you know where you type in websites and stuff,when that is touching anything when i scroll back up to look at the project it sorta stamps the same thing over and over again but only on the project nothing else....has everyone else been getting this  ?
