Help!!!
I am blrblr's other account. I am trying to post a walkthrough for one of my games in the forums. But it won't let me post anything in the misscellanious forum!! PLZ help

The account you're using is still a New Scratcher, which means there's some restrictions in place that a normal Scratcher doesn't have, such as the inability to post in the Miscellaneous section of the forums.
Your other account Blrblr is already a Scratcher though, so you should be able to make the post using that account.

Yeah, New Scratchers have restrictions in posting in the Miscellanous Forum. Just simply post on your other account, advertising the walkthrough.
