The Transfer Machine from Pokémon Black and White versions is really just a ploy to make an army of Zoroarks that know Bark Out.
Ok, if you don't know where I'm coming from, here's what I mean.
In Pokémon Black & White, or Pokémon V as I like to call it, you had the ability to transfer Pokémon from the fourth generation games to the gen five games (this is why there won't be a remake of Gen 3). To do this, you needed the Pokéshifter, a little minigame where you catch the Pokémon from the previous game. However, not everyone knew that there was a second way to do so: The Transfer Machine. This allowed you to transfer special Pokémon and items over. To be more specific: The shiny beasts, a special Celebi, and the Lock Capsule. When you transfer a Shiny Raikou, Entei, or Suicune obtained at Movie 13, you could get a Lv. 25 Female Zoroark. Sending a Celebi from Movie 13 over gave you a Lv. 10 Male Zorua. Sending the Lock Capsule over gave you the enigmatic TM 95 "Bark Out". here's where it gets tricky. Zorua evolves into Zoroark. Since you have male and female Zoroarks, you can breed them like crazy. Not so fast yet. Teach the male one of them Bark Out, that way, their offspring Zorua will know Bark Out. If this process keeps up, you'll have an army of Bark Out-bearring Zoroarks. See what I mean?
On a side note, the transferring of TM's to the offspring doesn't happen all of the time, so cross your fingers.

Or you can do what I used to do and hack the game directly

Me thinks you just found a way to exploit the game, like how in Warcraft (2, I think), you could spam Warlocks and pwn your enemy.

I did some research on Zoroaks and Bark Out(read:Bulbapedia), and having an army of them doesn't seem that powerful.
